除湿皮癣膏组分提取物的体外抗菌活性初探

摘要:

目的 初探除湿皮癣膏的组分提取物对常见皮肤病原体的体外抗菌活性。方法 采用微量肉汤稀释法探讨除湿皮癣膏的组分提取物对红色毛癣菌、阿萨希毛孢子菌、近平滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌、白念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌效果,并探究提取物浓度、药物作用时间对菌株抑菌活性的影响,同时进行最低抑菌浓度及最低杀菌浓度的测定。结果 除湿皮癣膏的组分提取物表现出不错的抑菌活性,且抑菌活性的强弱与提取物浓度成正相关。除湿皮癣膏提取物对葡萄球菌抑制效果最明显,对几种念珠菌以及铜绿假单胞菌的抑制效果稍逊,抑菌浓度均≤25 mg/mL,24 h抑菌效果最明显。除湿皮癣膏提取物对试验菌株的最低杀菌浓度均≤25 mg/mL。结论 除湿皮癣膏提取物有较好的抗菌活性,拥有进一步开发的潜力。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the antibacterial and antifungal activity of extracts from component of Chushi tinea ointment on common skin pathogens. Methods Broth dilution mehtod was used in this study. Test strains were Trichophyton rubrum, Trichosporon asahii, Candida parapsilosis, Candida tropicalis, Candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC),the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) and minimal fungicidal concentration(MFC) were investigated. Results The extracts from component of Chushi tinea ointment showed good antibacterial and antifungal activity. The extracts had obvious inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus, slightly on Candida and P. aeruginosa. the inhibitory concentration were less than 25 mg/mL, and the most obvious inhibitory effect at 24 h. The MBC and MFC of the extracts were less than 25 mg/mL. Conclusion The extracts from component of Chushi tinea ointment had good antibacterial and antifungal activity and potential for further development.
